“The Food Flyer Hustle: Grocery Flyer Hacks For Your Budget” is brought to you by Community Kitchen Programs of Calgary and its cooking program Calgary’s Cooking. Anna Mandziuk, your host for the workshop, is the Program Team Lead for Calgary’s Cooking, and adds her years of experience as a trained chef, educator, and her wisdom of working in the Calgary’s Cooking Program in order to bring insight into how one can maximize their grocery budget. Anna’s style of facilitation is focused on having interesting discussions and conversations around food budgeting, how to advocate for the removal of barriers around to healthy food, and what details one should focus on when selecting recipes for healthy cooking.
