Free Class: Qigong for Older Adults at the BCA

Qigong includes stretching, breathing and meditative postures and exercises, which help stimulate and balance your internal energy (Qi). In celebration of Seniors’ Week, we are pleased to offer this free class for older adults. Thank you for support from the Community Hubs Initiative: a collaboration between The City of Calgary and United Way of Calgary and Area, with Rotary as a founding partner.
