June 17th is Neighbour Day, and the Bowness Community Association is thrilled to be hosting
Mudfoot Theatre in an outdoor performance of Yabber: A Musical Junk Tale. This free 1-hour
performance is for all ages, and is part of a larger event including a YYC Free Market, art
stations, and other free offerings from local organizations. All in the spirit of community and
sustainability!
About the Show
A celebrity, an orphan, a crone, and a cowboy collide to bring you a
cautionary folk tale that will leave you snapping your fingers and tapping your toes. Old junk
transforms into masks, puppets and instruments in a tale that shows us how love and sacrifice
could save our planet.
Doing some spring cleaning? Have stuff to give away? Or maybe a skill you would like to share?
Sign up to participate in the YYC Free Market as part of the Neighbour Day event and share your
wares with the community!

Volunteers are needed for setup, teardown, and market support!
