Shinny takes place at the Bowness Hockey Rink from 12pm – 1:30pm on the following days:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday – For Everyone
Tuesday -For 40 years old and up
$10 drop in (Goalies play for FREE), first come first serve.

Signups open at 12 noon each Sunday for the following week and close at 11am the day of. Any remaining spots will be left open for drop in players. Signups are non-refundable, please make sure you are able to attend before registering.
While we do our best to ensure we have 2 goalies each day, we cannot guarantee this and will not refund players based on goalie registrations or for any other reason.
NO SHOW policy – If you select cash payment at checkout and do not show up, your 10x pass will still be stamped. If you do not have a 10x pass, three (3) no-shows will put a hold on your account, and you will no longer be able to sign up for shinny.
