Ripples community building grant

What is Ripples?

Do you have an idea to to help build community in Bowness, Montgomery or Greenwood Village? This grant is for you!

The Ripples Community Building Grant (Ripples) is a community grant program focused on resident-led projects for those living in Bowness, Greenwood Village, and Montgomery. With grants of up to $1000, the program aims to build vibrant and resilient neighbourhoods through supporting residents and their ideas; ideas that can create ripples throughout the community. 

As a small resident-centred grants program, Ripples is looking for projects that seek to build community in ways where residents can:

1. Have greater social connections to their neighbours and community

2. Increase their capacity and leadership skills

3. Create or enhance welcoming and inclusive community spaces or projects 

Who is eligible? 

Anyone who is a resident of Bowness, Greenwood Village or Montgomery. If you are under 18, you’ll have to have an adult apply with you to supervise.

Whether you’d like to offer a class or workshop, hold an event that cultivates connection and belonging, or create welcoming and inclusive spaces, we want to help you realize your unique vision!

When to Apply

The Granting Committee aims to meet every 4-6 weeks. Please try to submit applications at least one week prior to the next meeting to ensure your application is reviewed.
