Tiny Miyawaki Forest

The BCA is pleased to be partnering with the Calgary Climate Hub on its Forests for Calgary project by bringing a Tiny Miyawaki Forest to the green space at the BCA in 2024.

A Tiny Miyawaki Forest is a biodiverse assortment of native seedlings planted in a carefully prepared area roughly the size of a 10m diameter.
